For a regular size woman this pillow is way too big. I was sleeping my first night with it and woke up every time I needed to turn, as the pillow is too long to just swich sides. You have to move your whole body to put your face into the right place. The pillow is quite hard and it probably needs time to get used to. To me the shape is not right and if the pillow would not be that long it might not be a problem. But I’ll try to show you the problematic parts on the photos. On first picture you can see where your head supposed to be, and area where I have drawn number 1, is pressing quite bad to my throat (pic 1 and 2). The pillow should not be rising there. Also I feel that my head is not big enough to fit with the pillow. If I place my face into the correct place, that no edge is pressing anywhere to my face, then my neck is not on the neck hole, but much closer to the edge and that means it is not good feeling in the neck (pic 3). The height and lenght are not suitable to a woman

My neck pain is gone with this pillow and I don’t feel the pressure on my face during the night. Also this pillow is helping me to sleep more in my back pretty comfy and not clinching my teeth through the night. I wake up without neck pain and that is awesome.

I'm very happy with this pillow, I had to get used to sleeping on it since it is slightly harder than I'm used to. After about a week of sleeping on it I notice a significant difference in back/neck pain, also the squishing of my face reduced a lot. I can definitely recommend this to people who are looking for a beauty pillow.
