See my review of the basic 3 capsules option. Overall a very good product and a huge plus over buying expensive commercial capsules and of course more eco-friendly. Have gone from "meh to okay" coffees to "nice to quite good" coffees (due limited to 8g coffee shots) and brought new life to an old machine in the cupboard. Due to the tighter capsule fit I feel there is a little more stress on the machine plus it would be possible to wear out the pump prematurely with overfilled/too fine coffee, but that's an acceptable trade-off for much better coffees with some wise technique. Tip: cut an old original capsule apart to make a simple dosing ring will make filling much easier, 7.6-7.8g ideal. N.B. The supplied brush and scoop is useless: the brush not stiff enough to clean, the scoop holds 2-3g only and can't even function as a practical tamper. I use the scoop/tamp from my nanopresso with good effect (see pic). Just buy many capsules.
